Not the best experience
So, I booked a studio for my fam, but when we got there, the place was closed. Our room was gone, and they tried to charge me twice. Honestly, it was super frustrating. The only good thing was the laundry room – saved our lives with the kiddos dirty clothes. Just wish the staff were more helpful.

The laundry facilities made my stay much easier, especially with kids. Having that was a lifesaver for dealing with the endless dirty clothes. The room itself had the essentials, decent heating, a flat-screen TV, and comfortable beds. On the downside, when we arrived, the place was closed. Our room reservation got lost, and we ended up without a place to stay for a bit. It felt really frustrating, especially after a long trip. The staff was also a bit dismissive about our situation, which didn’t help. I felt unwelcome when they questioned my service dogs as well. Just wish the management was more understanding.

I faced significant challenges with the staff regarding extending my stay. They showed no understanding towards my situation and even charged me for an extra day without letting me stay. Additionally, I felt unwelcome as the staff did not handle my ESA dogs fairly.

Got a room for my family for 8 nights. The bed was comfy, which was a big plus after a long day. Nice to have all the essentials and decent heating too.
